| I want the 2006 GLS V-6 with sunroof (buying in greater Boston, MA area) any experiences out there? Pls share your final price and how you got to it? confused about advertising and destination charge fees? | |
| I just got a quote for 2005 that seems really competitive, $19,358 for a 2005 LX with sunroof before TTL....$57 doc fee, this is with all the incentives including the $1000 financing incentive. Got this quote over the internet, is this a good price, or could I find something better? I'm in the Chicagoland area btw. | |
|
I also got a quote $ 19,500 for 2005 GLS 2.7 4WD with sunloof and roof cross rails before tax including 3,000 cash back in New Jersey. I have no idea this deal is good or bad deal. Does somebody have some opinions about my deal. And the mileage is 40 miles of the car. Is it normal and the dealer put document fee $250. |

I could not find any real deals on this car. I got a 2005 Sante fe GLS/LX, 2.7L, AWD with package 4 (sunroof and 6cd changer). Sticker was $25,400 minus $3,000 in rebates. The dealer did not want to come any lower than the rebates....come on now. This was the last one on the lot. I had talked to many dealers and each one only had 1 or 2 sante fe's on their lots. I bought quick to get the $3k rebate. So in the end I paid $22,400 (then I had a trade in and down payment) so I financed for less. I could not find any "deal" on sante fe's that were not black or blue. |

One Dealer in the bay area offers 2005 Santa Fe GLS 2.7L FWD, with sunroof, for 17000 (After all the rebates)+tax and fees, should I take it? It seemes to be a good deal even though it is a 2005 model. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

| They play games with the figures. Watch for bogus window etching fee, document fee, and overcharged DMV fees. Also, be wary of paperwork for your warranty. | |

Replying to: kilabama (Feb 26, 2006 10:38 pm) So tell them EXACTLY what you have and then find out what YOUR final cost will be. |

| It has been 3 weeks since I purchased a car from them, paid cash, and I still do not have the Title. Dealer says it could take weeks, NJ DMV says it should be done when registering car and take one week. Something is wrong. Will need to contact BBB. | |
I am looking to purchase an 06 Sante Fe LX in the next month or two. Throughout the last two or three months, Hyundai has been offering rebates and/or low interest financing on the LX - up to $1000 or $1500 and as low as 2.9%. As of today (May 2), all incentives listed on the "hyundaiusa.com" website are gone. Does anyone have knowledge as to whether this will be only for the short-term? Is May for some reason a "no-incentive" month?
