| Can anyone share their experience/pricing for the current lease promotion: 2008 GLS FWD A/T for $279/month. What are the lease terms that apply to this? I also assume none of the rebates apply to leases? Thanks in advance. | |

My wife and I are looking to purchase an '07 SE AWD. The Invoice is $24,073 and there is currently a $1500 rebate (cash back). We're not interested in any options ( but may not be able to find an '07 without options). What would be a good price? We'd love to purchase this vehicle for ~$21,000, do you think this price is too low? We're located in RI and will be purchasing either in RI or nearby Massachusetts. |

I just got quoted a price of $23.7k on a 07 GLS base unit, and an offer of $3k off (rebate) or 21.7k with 1.9% financing. What do you guys think of this? I'm comparing this against a CR-V EX for $23k flat, or a Nissan Rogue SL for around $22.1k. Any thoughts greatly appreciated! |

I'm now looking for a CRV EX Automatic Base 2008 2WD... with a recent price stated on the internet of $20,145 Please if anyone knows of a dealer who is offering a better price , let us know. This website is wonderful in helping all of us in these difficult financial times.

Replying to: buco (Feb 18, 2008 11:56 am) BTW - After shopping 07's and 08's, I also backed off the Santa Fe for a variety of reasons. Wound up finding a used Acura MDX with low miles (and some factory warranty left) for the same $21,000 you are talking about. Even though its a few years old, its more car than the Santa Fe with far less question marks. I felt that was the better buy for me. Bottom line - Shop around, do your homework, consider all the options out there and don't be afraid to play hard ball when negotiating new or used. Then buy the SUV that is right for you. |

Greetings all - I'm getting closer and closer to deciding on an '07 or '08 Santa Fe (also considering an '07 or '08 CX-7 or a used previous-generation Murano). Will most likely buy before the end of March. Anyone know of some good dealers in the Denver/Boulder/Longmont area? Specifically, are there any considered "high volume" that might possibly get down to the "Fitzmall" area? I know Fitzgerald well, I used to live in Maryland, but 3000+ miles is a bit far to buy a car! Anywhere up to Fort Collins or down to the Springs would be considered (though the Springs is a bit far away). I took a brief test drive of an '08 at Longs Peak Hyundai in Longmont and was impressed with the car and the dealership - very low pressure. One thing I've noticed in my research is that there seems to be lots of GLS and loads of Limiteds, but not so many SE's - which is what I'm leaning towards. I don't like leather, but I want the bigger V6 (we've got these mountains, y'know), so an AWD SE seems to be my target. Opinions? |
