With my 2001 I'm at 1900 rpm's when I'm doing 70 mph. I think there's a $20 fix-it fee, plus however much it is to remove the tint. But that's beside the point. It just makes me mad that I spent the $ to have it done, and now I have to pay to have it taken off. I don't understand why California is so harsh on this. In Az, you can tint any of the windows as much as you want. If I was a cop, I would find tinted windows so insignificant. Why don't they go after some drug dealers or something.   Nick
