Given the fact that we don't have topic numbers, here are couple of suggestions to help you find a topic.   -Use the Board Search on the upper left to find a topic (i.e. silverado)   - Also, with your preferences here, you can set the message board to list the topics Alphabetically. You may find that helpful... Look for your preference link right above the topic title. You need to be logged in to see that. Hope this is helpful.   Pocahontas, Edmunds.com/Pickups Host

..even you gotta admit...this bites!   Get the new software figured out before we torture us next time!   Where ia everyone Rawg?.....uhh..waiting for a site we can actually use!   1 word........Placemarks!...and topic numbers....and ditch the fancy crap...(How many words was that??)    - Tim

Please read Pat's advise from the New & View, Software questions anwered forum:  login problems/getting thrown to the welcome page when posting.   While they're trying to find a fix for these problems, I think you'll find this information helpful.   Pocahontas, Edmunds.com/Pickups Host

that doesn't post? Maybe it would be better to format the response in MS word and copy and paste to Edmunds. Have lost one too many profound posts.

Did you read Pat's advise in the link above? In short, there's a timing problem with this software: the system logs you out while you're taking the time to write your message. Until Edmund's can fix this problem, Pat suggests to use your browser options to select and copy your message, before you hit the "post."   Then if you get thrown back to the welcome page, enter the conference/topic again... and paste your message. If you forget to copy, you can always hit the "back" till you find the window with your message. Then copy... etc., etc... Yes, I know this is a hassle, but it's easier than having to start all over again... with a new message.   Also, in case you didn't notice, you now have placemarks. Hit the "mark" at the top of the page, or next to a post, to bookmark a discussion or post. Then go to your message center below. And you should see your new placemark. In your message center, use the little comment box for special notes about the topic.   You'll also find more discussion on both of these topic at New & Views: New Software!
