Yes, we are battling another round of issues. Sorry for the inconvenience! We are working on it as quickly as we can.

#4425 of 4432 Login issue by backy

Sep 01, 2012 (5:40 pm)

For several weeks I've had a problem with logins. When I connect to edmunds.com, it says "Welcome, (my name)" at the top of the screen, as if I were logged in. Then when I click on Forums, I get the login window. Each time I log in, I check the box that says "remember login". In the past when I did that, my login would be remembered from session to session. But the memory seems to be failing of late. Any ideas? This is happening on different computers, so I am sure it's not something messed up on just one computer.

I thought it was related to my computer firewall setting but I now think it's an Edmunds issue.

#4427 of 4432 why?? by carnaught

Downloading these forums is always the slowest of any website I go to. Anyone else notice this? Why?

Often, yes. Sometimes using a different browser helps, but I think the primary culprit is the site itself! It works just fine up to the point of trying to load up "my watched items" or trying to browse a forum, then it's Molasses City.

#4429 of 4432 Delete All Watching by robr2

Is there any way a warning/confirmation page can be added after clicking "Delete All Watching"? I accidentally clicked on it and all the forums I watch have gone poof.

Thanks,

#4430 of 4432 What? by carnaught

All my "watched items" have disappeared. What's going on here? Anybody?

My Watched Items is working normally for me. Maybe try logging out and logging on again?
