make it go away & where is your expertise at fixing this chronic irritant?

We haven't been ignoring the problem, but the crux of the issue is we have been unable to reproduce it from our side. The only thing I can think to do is for you to email me with your log in credentials (email and password) and I will sign in as you and see if it is something specific to your account. Once I've finished testing, you can reset your password. Let me know if that is something you're willing to do.

My auto-log-in often doesn't work (esp. on Google Chrome), my "watching" subscriptions are often erased, and old posts which I've previously read show up as "new" unread posts.

Also when I try to post a message on I.e., I get the "diagnose connection problems" but I never have any.
Same problems are persisting.
Anybody out there?

Dear Host
i've been a pretty consistent participant of the edmunds boards for several years and have found it always to be a great source of information. however, i've noticed that there is not as much activity on the board beyond the lease experience.
this is just a note to say that i hope that edmunds can re-claim its place as the source of information for car owners.

Your site keeps suddenly crashing, it's happened at least a half dozen times and I'm having problems getting in in the first place. Are the bad old days of constant glitches back?
Doesn't matter if I use Firefox, IE or Safarin browsers, they've all crashed.

It takes me 3-4 log-in attempts to get in, if at all. My bookmarks or auto-logon usually takes me to the page with a roadblock picture. Now, that's fitting!

We are aware of the problems and it has been reported. At this time I do not have any information concerning when the issue will be fixed. Our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration! Hopefully after the holiday all will be well.
