"Outgoing messages are limited to 1 every 600."   I had sent an email from my carspace to another carspace address here on Edmunds. I tried to send a second email with a different link to the same user and got this message.   What does it mean?

I'm having trouble seeing Emotorcons too, and the occasional posted pic. I think it's a local problem; no complaints to our help desk and other hosts are seeing them fine. Shooting us an email would often be faster than clicking a button that has to go through the help queue to get to the right person.   Anyone else having problems seeing the Emotorcons, like Tlong and I are having? (thread moved from another discussion).
