Panorama cost pretty much the same as the E2 Package, but that package includes the Harmon/Kardon Sound System, which would otherwise cost $700. Personally, I prefer and ordered the Panorama. To me, it's worth the extra $700. |

I chose not to order it for 2 reasons. First I have heard that they tend to rattle and genneraly be much noisier. Second, my son sits in the back seat and I can't think of a time when he would want to have the sun baking him back there. The back part doens't open so I think it could get realy hot. Yes I know there is a shade that rolls out over it, but whats the point if you keep it closed all the time. |

| Both my and my friends' E320 (1998 and 2000 Models) have problem with the rear power window. The power window only goes down and gets stuck. Is it a common problem? I never have this sort of problem with other cars I have owned. It is a shame that I have to pay for their design mistake. | |
| Bought a 2000 E430 with 35k miles. Owner said that it had a 24 mo extended limited warranty from mercedes. Will this warranty automatically transferred to me on MB's database? Otherwise, how do I get it transferred to me (previous owner already left the country)??? | |
| I was just reading a German auto mag yesterday and they said the interior noise decibel level is "noticably higher" with the panorama roof rather than the normal one. Also they did not report rattles but speculated if you drive older european streets (read bumpy ones like US pot holed ones) the construction tends to lead them to conclude there may be fit issues long term that would cause rattles and noise. | |

benz2000 -- I assume you have a sedan and are not referring to the station wagon rear window. I learned from this board how to correct a problem with sedan rear windows that won't stay in the full up position. Just use the remote, holding the "unlock" button until all four windows are lowered and the sun rood opens fully. Then, hold the "lock" button of the remote until all four windows go up and remain that way and the sunroof closes. That supposedly synchronizes the windows and they should operate normally. Hope this helps. |

Lots of nifty little things: Coin holder, arm rest, storage under the seats... I still think that the headlights look like Subaru's WRX and the Mini's... Oh Well - I would have opted for frosted head light lenses. |

| I have a 1995 420 E. It has factory analog cell phone that I belive was made by Motorola with a factory installed microphone and it cuts out the stereo and plays the caller on the cell phone through the stereo speakers. I would like to find some way to use my nokia cell phone with the existing speaker and microphone. anyone have any idea on how I can do this? | |
