A national newspaper is looking to interview consumers who have had to replace a car key, which ended up costing over $200 or $300. The three email messages are almost identical and what's worse, the VIN checks out with CarFax, so he is using a real VIN. What made me suspicious was the shipping company web site at www.cargoexpressinc.co.uk. It didn't check out with Network Solutions whois query as it is registered to a James Robert Bonar of Gardner, KS. Not exactly a UK corporate registrant.   Thank you so much for your post.
