Replying to: jayrider (Nov 09, 2009 11:36 am) I'm seeing these in the lower to mid 20's on autotrader with same miles. So I'm not sure where you're searching. Without knowing current auction values however, it's hard to say too much. It's possible Toyota has a bunch of these coming off lease which is deflating values. This is the time of year that happens with Toyota so it could be a timing issue. If the auctions are swamped with lease returns, it'll bump all the values down, even average mileage newer iron.

Replying to: mherr05 (Nov 09, 2009 12:32 pm) To get a good trade-in price for a car you may have to schlep it to 4-5 dealers, & maybe put up with some weird BS from some. Some are just gonna wholesale it off. As far as "big mark ups", that's kind of why they're running a dealership..... |
