Someone called? I'm the Subaru Crew founder and community leader.

That is a nice car, 2006 was a good year because it got some safety upgrades that boosted the side impact scores significantly from 2005.

It's only 2-3 years old and Subies hold their value. I was just in the Impreza threads and lease residuals for a 3 year lease were close to 60%.

Those were $25k or so new, and 60% of that is $15,000, right on target with Volvomax's wholesale estimate. That would be with 36k miles, though.

The price is fair, not low, but fair.

Having said that...does he really need to have a Limited? Because he can find a brand new Legacy SE (Special Edition) with most of that equipment for a little over $20k, so he may want to consider a new SE model. Those are a great value.

The Limited package adds leather, seat heaters, wiper de-icers, heated mirrors, and a 6CD changer. But give that up and you get a car 3 years newer for almost the same price.

Basically what I'm saying is that the SE package is a better value than the Limited package. But if he insists on heated leather, we love our 2009 Forester Limited.

Clean carfax, clean inside and out, ns, np, no accident. tree branch scrape top right fender touched up well. How can I do better? Thanks, gk

2002 BMW 525i
Wagon
5 speed - (never seen a manual wagon)
34K Miles
Pretty much the standard options - leather, roof, etc - not a sport package car
Fantastic condition - clear carfax. original owner, all records
Dark blue ext / grey int
Arizona

Thanks!

2007 Dodge Ram 1500 MegaCab 4X2 by sbuhler

I would like to get a realistic auction value on the following. The vehicle is new and has never been titled. It has been sitting on a small rural dealer's lot for almost two years.

2007 Dodge Ram 1500 MegaCab SLT 4X2, 5.7L HEMI, 3.73 Rear Axle
Typical Options, Tow Pkg, Upgraded Wheels, etc. MSRP is at 35,300
Location: Southeast Louisiana

Again it is brand new, but I am curious what low mileage similar vehicles are being auctioned for to give me an idea of what I should be aiming as an offer price.

Thanks

Sounds sweet--ridiculous low miles, stick is scarce I think, nice color. Too bad no SPP, but still. What are they asking?

Sorry, but I don't have the car yet-
I am looking for a Mercedes/Volvo station wagon- older- 1985ish.
I need the engine to be in good shape, the body does not matter.
I know it is hard to give an answer, but approximately how much would a car run? I would assume it to be one of the less expensive models.
Local car dealer said around $600-$1,000.
I am not looking for a 'classic' type car.
Thanks
