This is a car that books out on Galves (which is what the dealers in NY see to use) at btwn. $10,500 and $11,500, and my car was mint and totally loaded. Guess I'll be selling this vehicle on my own. There are RX300's being sold at dealerships on Long Island for $15k and $16k and most of them don't have navigation. So I figured I'd be able to get $11,500 without much of a problem. Guess I was wrong. I know I can sell if for much more through private party but I just didn't want to deal with the hassel of having people come look at it, test drives, etc... Replying to: ny14337 (Oct 15, 2008 5:15 am) I've seen a handful of dealers that seem to have the attitude that if they can't gross $5-6,000 on a deal, it's not worth their effort. Hard to believe that customers will put up with that!
