Assuming its a 3.0, I think it would trade somewhere $11-12,000
Dunno that Carmax would be real interested.
They tend to go for newer vehicles.

I only got it back in November, but I realize now that I need more cargo space due to my job so I am looking to move up to an Armada LE. Been looking online but there isn't any trade value figures out there for 08 Pathfinders yet...

I hope that was a typo and tou meant low 30's. this is a $45K truck, current model year, with 7K miles and in showroom condition.
