Replying to: jonb1 (Jan 27, 2006 2:44 pm) I am looking at the Passat wagon because the Audi Avant is $49K and I am now retired and do not drive as much. VW gives you the same warranty as Audi except not the total care of free brake linings etc. |

Hi My wife and i are looking at potentially buying a passat 3.6 with luxury package 1. The money factors is .1680 and residual is .53 for a 36 month lease. The sell price is 31,150 they are telling me with a msrp of 33315. They want 2000 down (subtractd 500 as I own a VW already for loyalty) and $460.11 per month. Is this a good deal?

Replying to: bsloane (Jan 25, 2006 8:34 am) My purchase price in PA was $34,615, which also included the trunk liner and heavy duty winter rubber floor mats. This was approx. 6 weeks ago. It is my first VW and I like the car a lot, just not thrilled that apparently one must fight tooth and nail for what appears to be a defective part replacement. Does VW have a dispute resolution process? |

Replying to: majors (Feb 07, 2006 12:52 pm) Can you please tell me where in PA you bought the car from? I am buying mine from VW of Devon, PA this week. My Car is as follows (3.6 L V6, Not 4 Motion): 1 - Lux. Pack #1 2 - Dyn. Audio 3 - Nav. 4 - Xenons 5 - Rear Airbags 6 - Splash Guards 7 - Dealer profit Total price came to $34882. I know i could have gotten the Lux pack 2, but i did not like the Rear Backing Sensors on the bumpers, not very attractive. Please let me know your dealer and what city they are in. Thanks.
