Are these cars on his lot or does he have to locate??? Are you talking standard or automatic?? Figure invoice plus $700-$1000 profit for dealer due to Passat's popularity !

Passat's popularity? Passat sales (along with most VW's) are down substantially from last year. One should be able to get a great deal on almost ALL VW's.

Just purchased a '04 GLS 1.8T 5spd manual with options of Cold Weather Package and ESP for $22,420.

tonight for $1000 under invoice ($29905) plus decent (as can be) trade for '02 Saab 9-5. Considered an '03 but it didn't have ESP. Anybody else seeing prices like this?
