I'm stuck at down 7 pounds... although considering Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's were stuck in there, that's a good start. Still hammering at it... if only I wasn't such a good cook!

I was at the doc this week for some routine poking and prodding, and was astounded to find myself at 207. I want to get back to 165-170 where I was April 2005. My annual physical is in April each year, and I want to make real progress by this year's physical. If there was a change, it was insignificant (a pound or two, perhaps). At this point, getting on a scale is not necessarily going to reflect what I was on 1/1. I think we should keep this going though. It is motivational enough for me that it has at least started me thinking about my weight.
