..but in pursuit of results I have resorted to diet-performance enhancing bugs. When a single glass of water causes nausea, it's amazing what it can do for ones diet willpower. I'd love to keep off the 5lbs I lost , but the idea of remaining chronically dehydrated until the weigh-in isn't appealing. I'm back to eating food, and spending prolonged periods upright for the first time in 3 days, but probably leaving work a little early as I am still weak when standing more than 15 minutes.
