we have snow ON THE GROUND .. this is too freaking early! (global warming I'm sure ....) coming home last night (about 8:00), was driving through this mix of heavy rain, sleet, and snow ... and by about 9:00 it was just snow .. big puffy flakes and beautiful from inside .. but won't be so pretty this morning! living in an area where it snows every year, I have learned that every year some people (lots of them apparently) have no long term memory of driving in snow and have to relearn each and every year .... always amazes me .. Replying to: ladywclass (Oct 28, 2008 1:19 am) Yep, same here Brenda, but at least we are passed the "new snowfall" stage now. Our first snow was a month ago! Early snow, indeed. It was nearly -20F this morning! Personally, I think that people who drive on snow/ice for nearly seven months out of the year should have no problem "remembering" how to drive on it. But, alas, they do. I think the biggest problem is that they never learned to begin with!
