Could the firewall be blocking Edmunds' IP?
Or the firewall security set too high that the port which the chatroom would use is closed.
In the case of my router that has its own firewall, I would not be able to use IM if it is set at Medium or High security without further customization.

I dont think I've changed any settings since the last time I was able to access chat... guess I should have tried the laptop too.

Steve: Glad to hear the surgery went well. My middle kiddo broke his pinky on his dominant hand Wednesday. Glad it wasn't during ski season, but it wrecked his spring baseball season. We see the orthopedic group this afternoon.

Cheers!

The trip was very good. We stayed at the Doubletree downtown which was very nice..great view of the canals and gates..very interesting, though we didn't get a chance to tour the mills...next trip. We did a tour of the campuses on Thursday; the program is well structured, starting with analog 2-track recording, and working up to the seniors studio where they have a one-of-a-kind 48-track board as well as a new 2-inch analog tape recorder.

Friday morning, Mike had his audition, placement exam in Calculus, and a music theory exam. We got the audition results Wednesday and he passed, so he is now officially accepted into the SRT program. He had to play his prepared pieces (Ave Maria, a jazz version of Easter Parade, and chords and scales of various sorts. Then, the professor threw him a curve...play part of Easter Parade at a different signature and beat...he was nervous that he might have fumbled thru that, but all turned out well. The weather was very good most of the weekend,60s on Friday,

We ended up eating at the cafeteria a couple of times...the food was really good. When Michael had a piece of their chocolate cake, he said "this is were I'm going!".
We did some shopping in Nashua; I got myself some tie-dye Converse All-Stars low tops...really cool. Then on Saturday, we had time to go to the Kennedy Library...we all really enjoyed that. By the time we got home to Florida, it was 2:30 AM Sunday morning.Still a bit tired, plus I picked up a bug on the plane.
We will be back up before school starts in September; it looks like this is his #1 choice. He has orientation in June. Hopefully, we will be able to get together

Guys, would it be possible to keep an eye out for a used wagon for Michael, maybe in the local papers or used car dealers. He's looking for a clean, older, and well maintained Legacy or Outback, and is looking to spend approx $5,000, so my guess is the range would be 1998-2001. Thanks...Serge

Hmm well there isn't a wagon, however there is a 96 Brighton coupe, AWD, 5MT, 1.8L (30mpg+ IIRC) with 138k miles for sale by a guy in queens, I think $1600, I was gonna pick it up but will probably just stick with my 240 for now.

Might be worth it, AC even works.
