Nah, then people would be calling the FCC and complaining that cars were moving in a suggestive manner and flashing their headlights. :rolleyes: CBS would maintain that they didn't know anything about it and would still get fined $500k per affiliate. -Dennis

Replying to: paisan (Oct 21, 2004 12:10 pm) I've also been watching "Desparate Housewives". I was weary of watching the pilot due to the title, but Kana got me hooked. It's a zany and witty comedy. I read that several companies stopped advertising during the show because it was too "racy". Perhaps Subaru could buy a spot at a discount? Ken

Doubled the advertising price from $150K to $300k per 30 seconds IIRC. I have the Tivo record that, The Wire and Law and Order since I'm at work during the shows. -mike
