That great barhender. I guess I need to go back to the dealer with this one. I have a visit coming up soon anyway, so maybe I'll try to beat the dead horse one more time.

Also, I really have to apologize to all of you for not being as active as I have been in the past - my job is getting really busy and is really starting to cut into my freetime. I just wanted to let you all know that I haven't disappeared or anything, and that I'm still here although it takes some days lately between CSG readings. The Badman and I are currently working on a new look for the site, and we have a bunch of new information to post too, so we're still working to provide everyone with all the information we can.

Take care, everyone, and Happy Cougaring!

Then learn to delegate! You gotta have a life besides work or you'll burn out and be miserable for years.

I've known a lot of guys like that, and they were no fun to be around.

Burnout

I know how that is. I'm currently seeking new employment because of it. Work stinks so bad that it is starting to ruin my time off.

Skip, maybe you could get me a job with Zenith. I'll work in their PR department and start the "ZSG" for enthuastic Zenith owners.

As much as I would like to have you around, the ZSG would have to be directed at ex-employees, not owners.

Hopefully, things will get better for us in the marketplace later this year when we start a new ad campaign.

However, the Chicago area does have lots of opportunities, and we're much more laid back than you Eastern folk, and not as zoned out as the leftcoasters.

New ad campaign? Maybe I could be the Zenith poster boy? Where do I apply? Who do I talk to in HR to acquire this position?

If you really want, I can give you the name & e-mail of the P.R. guy here.

Or, you could just send a nice testimonial of how much you're enjoying your Zenith home entertainment equipment. Less recalls than your Cat

Actually, I wouldn't mind writing a nice letter about my TV. If you could, send me an email address and I will send it sometime this weekend.

Last night a few friends came over and we were watching the Sopranos on DVD (I got the first season box set) and I received several complements on the picture quality. Also, everyone who looks at the television swears it is larger than 27". The flat screen makes it look much larger.

My Aunt and Uncle recently purchased a LARGE projection television. They spent at least 7 times the amount of money I spent on my set. I listened to them brag about their new set for months. When I saw it I couldn't believe my eyes. It was the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen. Being the polite nephew I kept my mouth shut and said nothing. A few weeks later they came up to my place and noticed my wonderful Zenith sitting proudly in my living room. After demonstrating both the TV and DVD player to them, I could actually see the disappointment in their eyes as they most certainly realized my set was of a much higher quality than theirs. After that night I never heard another word about their new television.

It pays to shop around.
