Let me know where the restaurant is located, Badman. I'll be leaving my house around 4pm. I should be there in less than two hours if my wife doesn't help me with directions. Make that 5 hours if she does help. ;p I'll try and make it for dinner. If not, I'll hook up with everybody on Saturday. So what time are we supposed to meet up for Saturday? Two more days. I'll be bringing my digital camera and camcorder, so Karen will have some pics to view. |

Friday night's dinner reservations are at the Barrington Brewery
The reservation is under my name and we are gathering there between 8:30pm and 9:00pm, so hopefully you and your wife will be able to make it. Check you email for my cell phone number. If you have any questions or concerns, give me a buzz.

In a word....wet, wetter, wettest. It was great to see everyone again. The company was the best, and we made do with the weather Sally and I are still trying to dry out. I did not think you could get that wet with your clothes on without falling into a lake. Anyway it was great fun. Leo's team is also a great bunch of people, and he did ok for his first time racing in the rain. =^..^= |

Personally I had a GREAT TIME!!! Yes, the weather was crappy, but the company was great and so were the races. Monday was a beautiful day, and the few of us still there had a good time. A few of us are thinking about attending another one of Leo's races in September / October. His circuit will be racing in Charlotte , NC during that time. Once again Leo offered to get us race and pit passes. After Cougar Fest is over I will start looking in to this event further. |

I know I had a BLAST!!! Rain or no rain. I just love the sound that racecars make when they're getting on it a little. Really nice. Too bad they're not street leagal ... Anyway, be sure to look for us on TV - Speedvision is airing the race we attended (and know we got on camera because camera operator guy waved at us) on June 15 at 8pm EST, June 16 at 12 Midnight EST, and June 17 at noon EST. Go Leo! |
