"It sounds just like my sons pre-school class in here."

You admit that you are still attending preschool? And with your son???

I know that Chev keeps raising them younger and younger!

Hillhound: When Chev is able to build a quality, reliable 1/2 ton pickup, I will consider them. Right now, I consider the Silverado 1/2 ton to be a cruel joke!

But remember = We are not talking about Tundras! If you compare the GM to other domestic pickups - it only comes out third behind Ford and Dodge.

Obviously, the person who made post #'s 6383, 6391, and 6393, is only trying to INTERFERE WITH MY ABILITY TO ENJOY TOWN HALL and only repeating those questions and statements to be DISRUPTIVE. Can you think of any other reason to keep posting them over and over and over again?

I only have about 2K miles on my 02 1500HD; I love this truck so far, what a great ride. My wife takes it any chance she can because it rides better than her 96 explorer. No vehicle I have ever owned has yet to surpass the dependability/durability of my 84 Toyota. Toyota quality was for the most part the result of a understanding and management of process variation. Everyone has a opinion but only passing of time tells the truth.

I doubt I'll get any.

Anyway here goes, I am in the market for a used full size chevy/GMC. I am looking at around a 94-95 ext-cab. I would prefer 4wd but it is not necessary, and 1/2 or 3/4 ton would be acceptable.

I was just wondering if there is anything specific I should watch out for in these years, and check out when test driving. Thanks.

Also, some advice from a parent, if you ignore a child that is crying just to get attention eventually they will stop crying. I hope you all get my meaning.

Ok, I've tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but you make it impossible. You are quite retarded and you opinion now means absolutely nothing to me.

"You admit that you are still attending preschool? And with your son??? "

How do you think my son gets to school? Don't you think it just might be possible that when I bring him in or pick him up that I might hear what it sounds like in there???

But you did make me realize that I was wrong. It sounds nothing like his school, those kids are alot more grown up than you are.

I had a '94 4wd 1500 Silverado that I traded in 1999. It had about 45,000 miles and I had no problems with it. It was pretty much loaded and I had done very little light towing with it. It was a regular cab and it had a 5.0 liter engine.

I know thats not much help, if you want to know anything else you can email me or post here.

I'll be opening a new version of this topic. It will be for discussion of the Chevy Siverado. It will NOT be a place to continue the fight that seems to infect some of these topics.

Just a reminder that our Town Hall chat happens on Wednesday (5-7pm Pacific/8-10 pm Eastern).

This week we have The Return of Car Trivia!

Hope you can stop by to test your automotive trivia knowledge! (or at least sharpen your internet search skills...LOL)
