Well, I'm in the final process of negotiations. I'm looking at a 2005 Odyssey Touring with DVD and RES. Have received two low quotes. One is $36,123. The current low quote is $35,623. While this is still $1,000 over invoice, it seems to be as low as most dealers are willing to go on this model. I have seen numerous people paying in excess of $37,500 for this model. You need to negotiate better IMHO. I told the dealers right off the bat that I was taking bids. Anyone who submitted a "left field" bid would not get a second chance to do better. It didn't take long for them to get the hint.   Anyway, I'll post my final numbers once I close the deal. FYI - Don't let them tell you "This vehicle is very limited in availability". Honda will make as many as people order. This may have been true last year, but there are plenty out there now. If Honda refuses to deal, use the "T" word (Toyota Sienna). How/when do you bring up options and/or accessories when bargaining?   A friend said to finalize the price of the vehicle, then talk options.   But I've seen on edmunds, and others invoice prices for option packages, seems to make sense to also ask for invoice on those too?   We're interested in adding a DVD player to an Ody EX (cloth). Just curious what others have offered/paid for this option.   thanks,

We had to hunt around quite a bit to find that deal. Most places were asking $2500 over if they even had one to sell, many didn't. I found out there is a special until June 1on all Hondas. 1.9,2.9,3.9-36mo,48mo,60mo.

Not 0% all hondas are 1.9% for 36mo 2.9 for 48mo and 3.9 for 60mo.
