I was able to purchase an R&N at Boyd Honda in Oxford for $1500 off MSRP. Doc fees were $149.50 . No other add ons. Probably lucked into this vehicle because it was unexpected and I was the only person to drive when it came off the truck plus the fact that it came in just prior to Christmas and thus they didn't have any weekend days(that they were open) before year end. jeff

Replying to: dulnev (Dec 29, 2004 3:41 pm) Got my Touring Slate Green/Olive delivered today at 11am at my home as promised by the dealer. The car is perfect; I haven't been able to find any interior or exterior defects. One minor dissappointment: the Olive interior color is really just grey with a VERY slight greenish tint. All the pictures on Honda and other sites indicated it was more beige than grey. Oh, well... Since I had a perfect experience, I can now tell you the dealership name: Pohanka Honda in Salisbury, Maryland. The deal is as follows: Touring edition ("base") at $800 over invoice + $100 documentation fee. They did throw in spash guards and wheel locks, which more than pays for the doc fee. Delivered for free to my home in Northern Virginia, which is a 3 hour drive. Also bought from them HondaCare 7 yr/100,000 miles zero deductible extended warranty at the lowest price I've seen mentioned anywhere $1,075. Got the 2.9% Honda special financing for 60 months. The entire experience was as painless as I've ever experienced. This is my second time buying a car from a far away dealership and both have gone off without a hitch. The salesperson with super nice and preparing paperwork with the finance manager over the phone took a whole 10 minutes! Next week I'm getting Sony 9" DVD entertainment system put in for $900 including installation. It's a great system in a color that perfectly matches the interior. And I already ordered Magellan RoadMate 700 navigation system; the final price will be about $800. FYI, the price on Touring with NAVI/RES would've been $1,500 over invoice, but I'd have to wait about 3 months for my color. Another dealer that matched this price is Hanover Honda in Hanover, PA.

Purchased it for $26500 with dest. included. Splash guard, wheel lock and appearance package included as well. Both O'Donnell and Jim Coleman were willing to match this price and finally got it at Jim Coleman (They won't let me leave). I am happy about this but could have gone lower though. Any comments?

If I am not mistaken, invoice price is $25012 and dest. $515 which come up to $25527.00. I am not sure if you can get for invoice price or even $500 over invoice by the way. |

Replying to: obrien040362 (Dec 30, 2004 4:35 pm) Sales price: $29,849 (not including TTL and doc fee of $399) The above price includes the following accessories: Tape player ($300-$400), wheel locks ($70-$80), Moonroof Visor ($129), mud/splash guards ($99), pinstripe $(25), paint sealant ($299-$399) and cargo tray ($109) (well over $1000). Invoice is: $28987 (including $515 destination charge) $29849-$28987=$862 (over invoice) however... adding the above options of >$1000 makes the deal $169 below invoice. See also previous posting #7632,#7736. Good luck to everyone and Happy New Year!

I just purchased my EX-cloth in Silver from Lute Riley Honda in Dallas, TX. We paid $26,350 + TTL. The car comes with wheel locks, splash guards and cargo tray. It look a little bit of a friendly arm wrestle to finally come to that price, but in all the process went very well. Our saleswoman was great, and so was the dealership- no high pressure sales, no slime...very nice people to work with. We'll definitely purchase our next car from them.
