Has anyone had any experience with paramount honda in Morganton, NC? I have emailed a bunch of dealers, looking for an 05 EX-L w/ Navi and RES, Silver exterior. I haven't been able to find the car, but this dealer has quoted me a great price. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this dealer. Thank you. - Mary

When I called three different Mazda dealers to get extended warranty for our Mazda MPV, all quoted me prices on third-party policies.

Replying to: fredf3 (Nov 01, 2004 10:46 pm) By then, my wife had called Manly Honda in Santa Rosa (70 miles) and they quickly agreed to sell for $500 below MSRP.   That's interesting: we live closer to Santa Rosa than you do, and Internet Sales at Manly Honda told my wife over the phone that they weren't interested in selling us an Odyssey because we lived too far away. I've never heard a line like that before, and I still haven't figured out what his real reason for disinterest might have been.   But it sounds like you got what you wanted. I hope you enjoy it!

they are actaully perfectly happy to sell you a car if you show up to buy it. What they aren't interested in is giving you a price to wave at your local dealers to get them to meet or beat it.

What is true "MSRP" for Odyssey 2005 EXL with NAV&RES? I am not sure what is the right number to negotiate from. Is destination fee included in this MSRP? Should all dealers waive the Doc fee? Please help I am trying to negotiate tonight.
