It does but I suspect it does not include the Destination charge. 33,200 is about what my information suggests is the actual cost to dealer under the present promotions with destination charge, add the destination to the 32500 around this site and you see that the dealer in those cases is making about $100 on the car itself. The timing may make a dealer more willing to cut margins but they are not going to lose money.

I just filled an order with the dealer for 2012 odyssy EX-L (have to wait 4 to 5 days for pick up, as the dealer don't have the color of my choice and he is going to get the one) and payed the deposit. My OTD price was 33,300 including wheel locks, roof rails, 4 oil changes & two tire rotations. is this a good deal?

I am in the market for 2012 EX-L w/RES, the best price I got in seattle area is 34000 + DOc, lic and title. Is this a good deal in this region? Anyone got any better deal recently?

Just picked up a 2012 EX-L at Mahwah Honda in NJ.
 
MSRP: $35,685 (pre-April pricing)
Selling price: $31050 including destination
*not* including licence/registration
 
Dealer doc: $199
 
I could have purchased on the above numbers but ended up leasing. Zero down, all rolled into the lease for a monthly payment of $420/month.
 
Mahwah Honda is keen to deal and move their inventory. Email their internet department.

I need serious advise from you. I am trying to buy new 2012 Odyssey EX-L (No Nav and Res. It is just basic EX-L model). I got the best quote from the dealer for 32,400 (Including destination fee). In additions to this price, I need to pay 6.5% Minnesota state tax and the license plate fees. Please let me know if this is good price. Please share your buying experience.

Sounds like that pricing for an exl may have some room to do better. I know location can play a part in the price you can get, but I see poster before you just picked up an exl in NJ for bit over 31000. I got one in Ohio at the end of May for 30500.
