#28997 of 30569 Honda Odyssey 2012 EX-L with Nav Seattle
Jun 21, 2012 (10:52 am)
I have been reading through the forums getting an idea of pricing but I thought I would post. I am looking for a 2012 EX-L with Nav in the Seattle area.
Tried contacting some dealerships through various websites and so far I have been quoted $34,469. Which seems higher than some of you have spent. Wondering if anyone has recently had luck getting a better deal in the Seattle area.
On a side note: I have time and can make this purchase any time before the end of the year. Is there a better time to purchase? I have heard to wait for the 2013's and also to possibly wait for the holidays (when every one is spending money on gifts instead of new cars). Anyhow, any advice would be helpful.

July 9th there are 2 promos that expire, one is the .9 financing and the other is a manufacturer incentive, the former is a personal issue, the later means that effectively the van will cost the dealer $750 or so dollars more after July 9. Not to say there will not be another deal but this is pretty good

Does that mean the $32500 for EX-L w/ RES already has that incentive with it already? Or can it get lower than 32500? I would imagine prices will still come down since it is nearing end of the month and also end of quarter.

It does but I suspect it does not include the Destination charge. 33,200 is about what my information suggests is the actual cost to dealer under the present promotions with destination charge, add the destination to the 32500 around this site and you see that the dealer in those cases is making about $100 on the car itself. The timing may make a dealer more willing to cut margins but they are not going to lose money.

Is this price for touring elite? And could you please reveal what city and dealership did you buy from? Thanks much.

I just filled an order with the dealer for 2012 odyssy EX-L (have to wait 4 to 5 days for pick up, as the dealer don't have the color of my choice and he is going to get the one) and payed the deposit. My OTD price was 33,300 including wheel locks, roof rails, 4 oil changes & two tire rotations. is this a good deal?
