Had to replace my 2006 EX-L R+N due to accident. Insurance total. http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/view/.ee93eaa/11768#MSG11768 What a difference 3.5 years make. Best service at Desert Honda in Las Vegas,NV and Earnhardt Honda in Avondale, AZ. No EX-L R/N in the Vegas area and had to head out to CA and AZ. Earnhardt had both colors I wanted in stock but Desert Honda found the van in town at the last minute. A deal fell through at another dealership. Earnhardt Honda was willing to pay my rental car from the accident since my rental insurance was running out in the next few days. Pay for the transport of the van from AZ to LV and a few other things to keep the deal. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait any longer as it was a replacement to my 2006 van. Long story short. Earnhardt Honda Internet department will work with you to make the deal. Desert Honda stayed with the sale to keep trying to locate a van via dealer trade or grabbing another dealers incoming inventory. Desert Honda - Las Vegas, NV Polished Metallic EX-L Res + Nav Purchase Price $35,277 +Fees,Taxes, etc. OTD - was around $38,5xx. No Add-ons or scotch guard or anything. Factory Fresh w/ 30 miles. 15 driving across town on dealer trade. I also had the luxury of using a car buying program so no haggling. Highly recommend that. |

| Have an internet quote for above at 32,290 +TTL. I think it's good but I have been waiting 6 weeks for the van to come in! Anyone else having to wait this long??? We are in the Green Bay WI area. | |

Replying to: laplas (Oct 08, 2009 10:43 am) I took out the buddy seat a lot, so I bought another cute floor mate for that little space just to make it look nicer. It's very useful esp. when the weather gets bad such as rainy days and snow days (I live in Northern VA, here has 4 seasons in a year). Mine was bought from the dealership. Yes! I bought the whole set! So, very nice except pricey! Hey, I still think I get a good deal with the purchase of my new minivan though. So, I'm quite happy with that! I should have bought online instead, but I couldn't wait that long since May has lots of rain here (just wanna to protect my new car). Try ebay or other online site for purchasing. Good luck! Enjoy your minivan! : ) Trunk tray is a must for Odyssey. I bought it on Ebay, very cheap, about $80. Very nice! I highly recommended!

I bought the VAN last year. have 22K miles on it. After my recent oil change my VAN started shaking at different speed. I came to find out that there was a recall on the car and they updated some software during my recent visit which caused my van to shake. I just called to complain about the issue and now they are saying they need to replace torque converter..... guys watch out with Hondas.... the van is not even two years old and it needs torque converter replacement. |

I was offered a sticker price of $34,900 USD (vs $37,915 MSRP) for the 2010 EX-L with RES and NAV in Westchester County (north of New york City). Does this seem like a good deal? One good part about their offer which is not mentioned above is that they would take make out of my existing lease (same model - 2007 version with 31,600 miles) with no added costs or fees (I have less than one year remaining). The existing vehicle is in great shape but does have some minor dents, scratches and scuffs that I suspect could run me $1,200-$1,500 in turn-in costs should I elect to turn in the car at lease expiration. I bet they's be able to sell my current vehicle for $24-$24.5K versus my buy-out (balance due) price of $19.5K (which does not include the charges for damages). Any suggestions on how I should be looking at this or any improvements to the deal? Specifically, if folks have been able to acquire the same car for $31K, maybe I should turn it down. |

Hi All I am being quoted 38,500 for a touring 2010 model with no extras. Has anyone been in the market for a 2010 touring recently, I am in southern california and the tourings are quite hard to find. Any opinions on the price would be appreciated.. Thanks, vik

Replying to: laplas (Oct 09, 2009 5:05 pm) Unlike the other high volume dealerships in Charlotte, they were professional and aggressive on pricing. The only other dealerships that came close was Metro in Union County and Honda of Rock Hill, but they had a limited selection of Odysseys. The dealership in Concord - avoid at all cost. Same with the other ones in Charlotte. Good luck!
