Hi Kalyan
I presume that Larry Hopkins 32050 was not out of the door price. Please confirm.
I am offered a 32600 by an other bay area dealer for EX-L with DVD, but 0% APR this weekend only. Not sure how long the duration of the APR is.

0% is not an offer by Honda. I would guess the dealer has a lender that is offering mid-4% and then the dealer is "buying down" the rate to zero by charging more for the car. In other words, you pay (for example) $29500.00 or, $32600.00 AND zero percent.

So in your view is 32600 OTD & 0% APR is still a good deal?

Perhaps I am not making myself clear. When you say $32600.00 OTD, that is your TOTAL price paid including all taxes, license and documentation fee's. However, what is your selling price including the destination charge - BEFORE adding all of the other stuff such as tax, title and license/doc fee's?

WOW!!! If they're going to sell you a 2009 Odyssey EXL RES for $29600.00 plus TT&L AND include ZERO percent financing then I would run to the dealer to wrap the deal up ASAP!
Right now, my price is slightly lower but even if I marked up to $29600 that would not be enough to buy down a rate to ZERO percent.
Your dealer, if all holds true and you get the car for $29600.00 and zero percent, is taking a huge net loss to sell you a car.
