Just drove the van back. We probable got a bit better deal (28.3k) but were exhausted (two trips, total 8 hrs), really need to go to bed early today.

I test drove an 08 EX-L. Brakes are soft for sure (that got me worried) and wind noise as well.

The Rep told me that brakes are probably soft on that unit and generally not an issue, but it appears that soft brakes are indeed prevalent in Ody's.

EX-L in SoCal 26,700/- (with dest) + TTL is the lowest, I have got.

Not sure if a group buy would bring it lower prices seen in Bay Area (25,500 - 25,700).

Who is your dealer. I would like to move on purchasing this week, but certainly before the Labor Day weekend is over as I will have time to travel to this dealership.
Thanks

How did I do on my lease. I got a honda odyssey EX-L 3 yr, 12K/year, for $314/month (no NAV, no DVD entertainment system). I paid up front 2000 which consisted of 595 destination fee, 50 dollars tax on the destination fee, 900 taxes on the lease, first month lease payment, plus minor other registration charges. I still owe about 150 for dmv fees before I take the car away. So I think that is a great deal but I am interested in others opinions.
