That is, I personally value the special APR at $1500 at a minimum and would not select this option. Oh well, you win some and you lose some by waiting. It looks like I will be waiting to see what may come in August.

I thought the special APR is from the HFC; i.e. the HFC finances the loan, not the dealer. Then why does it have any thing to do with the dealer cash? Or does it mean the dealer only gets $1500 from Honda if the customer chooses to finance with HFC? If the customer has his/her own finance, then the dealer will get $2500 ??

If you read my posts carefully, I am the one asking for and responding to information, not providing it. I tend to be overly thorough in my analysis, but that goes with the territory of being an engineer.

| Wife and I have been price shopping and so far the best deal we've gotten is $30169+tax+tag+doc($499). We were told we could not get the 2.9% financing with this price. However, since finding this site I have seen prices in the mid 29k range with the 2.9 financing. I live in the metro Atlanta, GA area. Does anyone have any comparisons in the southeastern area? May need to post this on other board but any recommendations for extended warranty? | |

Can someone post the new lease program? Residuals, MF and dealer cash?

I do it as a service for the people here looking to get and "edge" in the purchase process. I would rather provide accurate information then the less then accurate information that tends to show up on these boards. If you want verification, put the keyboard down, pick up the phone and call a dealership -- ask for a manager
