Anyone from the East Valley - Phoenix Arizona by davidingilbert

Just in case anyone on here is looking for an Odyssey from the Phoenix area, Superstition Springs Honda still has a bunch of 2007 Odysseys. From what I could tell, roughly half of the lot in front of the main entrance where Ody's were parked were 2007's.

Just thought people from the Valley of the Sun may like to know.

Odyssey incentives,APR,etc. by squashead

I was in the dealership yesterday. I showed them the consumer guide article that showed the $2500 incentive Honda was supposedly offering for the Odyssey until 3/03. They showed me their internal document that showed this was for the 2007 model, however, there was a $2000 incentive on the 08 models same timeline. Also, when I brought up the 2.9% financing also listed in the consumer guide document, I was shown a document that the 2.9% financing ended at 6 pm 2/24. Just in case you are going in to a negotiation with this information....Also, I believe they are a bit more aggressive with the EX-L than the EX-L with the DVD/Nav, probably a result of what is selling better/inventory levels. fyi- this is in Mass

Yes, there was a lot of confusion with the $2,500 vs. $2,000. $2,000 is what I was told as well. The 2.9% financing ended. What I was told you either get $2,000 incentive or 2.9% financing, but not both. The 2,000 incentive is still good till 3/3 like you said.

If your not aware ... Honda is apparently giving the dealers an unadvertised $2,000 incentive until Feb 29 to move Hondas. I wouldn't have found out about if a straight shooting sales rep had not told me about it. Not sure if just on the Odyssey's but I just purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L in Texas for $28,310 + TTL with wheel locks, crossbars, door edge guards and dark wood trim. MSRP was $33,409

Just returned from Paragon Honda in ny-worst dealership I ever dealt with.Gave me an internet price to come in ,then added almost$2000 for documentation fee, preperation fee, origination fee.Told manager i would report this to honda and the BBB and he said he would honor the deal. Then I was told to come back the next day,and after giving a deposit,i was told 2.9% financing no longer available.
fortunately I kept a copy of all these illegal fees, and told the manager I would publish them.He then gave me the original deal.
A terrible experience.
Check out Paragon Honda on the Better Business Bureau .Their ratind is abysmal.
Be warned and stay away.

Just negotiated a deal today on an EX-L in Houston area without navigation or entertainment system.

Price was $27,895 at Sand Dollar Honda in Galveston. Also had a quote for $27,950 from Clear Lake Honda (internet only). Once I got to Sand Dollar, they tried to add $495 for accessories. After very little negotiation they dropped to the original offer. This includes everything but TT+L.

Had one other dealership (McDavid Honda) that said there was no way that they could sell for less than $28,900 mentioning a $1000 incentive. From other postings on these boards and the prices quoted from the first 2 dealers, I believe the incentive is really $2000 and McDavid ws trying to pocket the difference. Better hurry though. Sounds like the inceitves end near the end of this month.
