New lowest quote;

"The price for the 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring with DVD would be $31,495 including destination. You would just have to add your taxes and license plates to this price. Your taxes would vary by what county you live in and your plates are $168 for new with registration and $105 to transfer them if you want. Finally, there is a $58.48 documentation fee."

Can anyone advice what my next step would be? I suppose there are some key questions to ask to ensure there are no hidden costs?

Could you provide name of dealership? I am looking for EX-L with RES and NAV, do you happen to know if they still have any of those left?

Well, first and most glaring, you requested a quote on Touring R&N, but they gave you a quote without Nav. Destination charge should be $550-650, I would confirm. Also, make sure there are no dealer add-ons, or fees, and then agree to those terms only. Always be prepared to walk-away from the table, during negotiations. Its a good price, though some of us got Touring R&N for $32,650, BEFORE the 2008's were announced...you should be able to get the best clearance price, now.

07 Odyssey EXL nav res - Is this a fair deal ? by macsnjets

I see most of the posts are regarding purchases but I'm about to pull the trigger on a lease on a 07 Odyssey EXL nav & res. I was quoted the following. Purchase price at 500 below invoice, somewhere around 31000, including destination, $1600 due at inception, $448 monthly payment including tax. While I didn't get into the details of money factor, I'm mostly concerned about the selling price of the vehicle. Being that its a lease and not a purchase, is it safe to say that the dealer will not receive the $2000 cash to dealer from Honda? That's what was explained to me. The inception fees break down to 595 bank fee, 300 doc fee, 198 tags, 448 1st mo payment, tire tax and some other stuff to make up the 1600.
Thanks for your help.

The dealer located at Sunnyvale, CA. And yes, I saw EX-L with RES and NAV in some colors valid.

They are going to try to sell you some high mileage (20-30 miles), or park somewhere for a long time (they looks very dirty) cars. Just say you are looking for new car, not used one. And mention price match will make the deal. I got good price quote from auto mall at Fremont, CA., but never went there since I can get it from the one close to me.
