Replying to: engine33 (Jul 13, 2007 7:56 pm) I did the Costco program in No Va, and they quoted at invoice over the phone for an EXL w/ RES and $1000 over invoice for EXL w/ RES & NAV (plus give the $750 off - no longer available). But then I e-mailed several dealers and got better pricing. I will be buying soon, and from this site, it looks like I should be at least $1000 below for even the EXL w/ RES & NAV(not including $750 off)...or $2k below costco pricing.

We no doubt are going to have to drive over to the Seattle area though to get a competitive price.   My wife and I are about ready to take the leap and have one good price quote from a dealership in the Seattle area for an 07' EX-L w/RES & NAV for $32,150 and that's without driving over there...which we don't want to do unless we have a good price committment. The EX-L w/o NAV&RES price is at $28,700...so I think they are about at invoice.   I think with the supply demand, the dealerships in Washington can get away with a little higher price...we had the same issues when we bought a Pilot.   ps..Keep in touch (Engine33) and let me know if you find a better deal...we want to buy in the next 2 weeks.
