The salesman I dealt with was very straightforward and very easy to work with. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours, and this included 2 test drives. (Wife and I took the car for a spin separately because we had the baby with us)

I tried sending you a PM/email, but it appears that the function is not working at this time.

It is against forum policy to post salesmans name, but I will get the info to you.

Hi Steph,

I'm looking to buy an EX soon too so I will be interested in your results.

Is $25,900 including destination Charge?

The invoice on the EX is $25,990 + $595 dest = $26,585

Dealers have about $800 in holdback profit so the lowest a dealer is likely to ever go is $25,100 + $595 dest = $25,695.

About $26,000 including dest is about the lowest I have seen.

I spoke to both dealers in Tx who are countering and both assure that the destination fee $595 is included in their price. So, with my lowest bid being $25,300 for an EX with tax, tag and title fees I'm looking at walking out the door with a 2007 Honda Odyssey EX for $27,100.00.

Just trying to see if its a good deal or not, esp since its way UNDER MSRP and invoice.

Hi,

Is there anyone on the list that are dealing with honda dealership in the Raleigh/durham or triad (greensboro, highpoint) Norht Carolina area?

I am getting 29,500+ out of the door price for 2007 EXL, and i thought of that as a pretty good price as others are not touching this price, but after reading this post by you I am not feeling that good, But driving to MD is not an option

Can anybody on this list share their lowest price experience for 2007 EXL in central NC ?
thanks.

Hi Steph,

I would say $25,300 including dest is the best price I've seen on this board or the odyclub . com board.

Glad to know they are going that low ...I hope it keeps up as I am still a month or two away from buying.

I'd say you have a geat deal!

Who is the lowest dealer? (if you don't mind could you email me the name and # of your sales guy... rickpamela_2000 "at" yahoo "dot" com, thanks)

And keep us posted if you buy.

Guys, after my preliminary research I think Sienna is 2-3K expensive than Odyssey (comparing similar models with simila add ons). Do you all agree or I am wrong somewhere? I am still trying to decide which way to go and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi stephyii,

$25,300 in TX is an awesome price. We are looking into buying an EX too. Can you please email me (geethanjalliyahoo.com) the name of the sales person and the dealership?

Thanks in advance.

I believe you are right on and this is a good point. When I was comparing the EX to similarly equipped Sienna, perhaps there was not quite as much $ differential, but at the time Honda had 3.9% vs 5.9% for Sienna and that was worth the difference to me.
I believe Toyota may have lowered their finance rates, but I am happy with my recent purchase.
