The great thing about VA is we have a 3.17% tax on vehicles. I was also able to get 5.7% financing through Honda (same rate as my local credit union). BTW, I love the Nighthawk Black. It looks really good. I just traded in a black car and decided to get a differnet color since it is so hard to keep clean. Good luck! |

I have always found Schaller in New Britain to be good to deal with but I am open to new dealerships if the price and service are right. I am looking for a 2006 EX-L without RES and NAV. Thanks for your help.

Folks, I picked up a Odyssey EX-L from Russell and Smith Honda in Houston this morning. It is Slate Green with Olive interior and is just beautiful! The ride is unbelievable and had a lot of fun playing some good CDs on the drive back home. Paid $27,235+TTL. Total drive out price was $29,182.55. About $1025 below invoice. Not bad for a Honda! We had agreed on a price that was $925 below invoice. They also applied the $100 internet coupon I took from their website. The buying experience was awesome. Russell and Smith folks were fantastic and no pressure to add on anything else. Got a decent APR (5.85% for 3/36) and was very happy with the service. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks to all on this forum for the excellent feedback. If not for this forum, I would have ended up paying $1500 more. Special thanks to DC_GUY for the excellent commentary and feedback, and also to CUONG for the Russell & Smith recommendation and the $100 internet coupon tip. Now its time to enjoy my new Odyssey!
