Found: 2009 7-pass CE w/ Opt Pkg 1 (cruise/roof rack) $22,400 including Dest. Charge but not TTL Seems to be a bit below invoice.... I'm tempted not to shop around but just to buy it straight out... will trying a few different dealers likely yield me much savings? Thx! |

Replying to: scormodo (May 20, 2009 5:52 pm) But...the deal is not that simple, because they're taking over about a grand in lease payments, or at least paying off early termination fees. I guess it depends on what those amount to. You can't wait 3 months? My guess is you'll save about a grand and get the free use of your current car for 3 more months. Unless you've hit the mileage limit or something. |

Bought mine yesterday... Went to fitzmall.com and found a CE with Option Pkg 1 and Daytime Running Lights for appx $600 below Invoice. Went to my local Lancaster, PA dealer and found they had the same car in stock. I had them evaluate my trade-in (2004 Accord) and it came to $6700 - a bit low. They wrote down the MSRP and subtracted $1000 and told me this was the 'sale price'. However I knew the $1000 was simply the current incentive deal.... so I whipped out the quote from Fitzmall and showed it to the sales guy. After a talk with his manager he came back and said: "He's seen this kind of thing before." "They add the $800 delivery fee to that price" (NOT TRUE) "They reel you in with that price and add all sorts of gotchas" (also NOT TRUE) "There's an Internet Price and a Value Price.... the value price is for the locals and the internet price is for the .... blah blah" (don't even know what he was trying to say here) So I told them, look, you match or beat or I'm out the door. They told me invoice was 24,000 (true) and they wouldn't make any money if they sold cars below that. (LIE) I left and went to fitzmall in Chambersburg. They gave me the exact car for $23400 plus TTL .... I opted for 1.9% finanacing instead of $1000 back AND they gave me $300 more for my Honda. I was on my way in no time. Moral of the story: steer clear of Lancaster, PA Toyota. Summary: Toyota Sienna CE 7 Pass w/ Opt Pkg 1 : MSRP w/ Destination Charge: $25625 Invoice: ~$24000 My deal: $23400 Nothing amazing but not too bad.... |

I'm in metro Detroit area and we are looking for the 2009 Sienna XLE AWD, but am not having any luck finding any. I even emailed a dealer in Toledo, and he said there weren't any in a 300 mile radius. I really want the 2009 because of the 0% offer on the 2009s. My priorities for options in the Sienna are Power doors, AWD, and leather (leather starts as option in the XLE). There are some limiteds but those are at least about $8000 more in price for options that aren't a priority for me. What can u advise me? Should I look further away? Should I wait for 2010s? but what about 0% financing?

Ended up buying my Sienna LE 8 Passenger last night. Absolutely love it! Ended up paying $25,000 before taxes. Does anyone know of a good online place to purchase accessories such as floor mats and other accessories specifically made for the Sienna? Thanks!

Hey all, Just bought aN LE EVP 2, floor mats and sill protectors, running lights, wiper deice, and nothing else other than standard. Silver pine mica. No financing through the dealer. Paid 23,800. Charged me $194 for "document fees" on top and would not budge on ANYTHING. Thought about walking out but from all the other dealers there was all kinds of others I didn't want to pay for - like Alloy wheels, cargo net, 1st aid, emergency, which would have driven it up. True car notes it as a " great price" but feeling like they could have given us something... even 100 off the service fee. Hard to know - love hte van. It was the best deal I had at the time and needed it now - What do you think? Thanks |
