#7486 of 12158 Just bought a Sienna CE for $20,888

Just bought a new Sienna CE tonight. Even though this is the base model, it has the same terrific 266 hp V6 as the other trim levels.
Sienna CE
8 Passenger
Silver Shadow Pearl
CE Package #1: Cruise Control and Roof Rack
Carpet Floor Mats
MSRP: $25,601
Invoice (Edmunds): $23,028 (couldn't exactly match floor mat option -- floor mat on sticker (MSRP $181) matched against Edmunds floor mat/door sill protector (MSRP $214/Invoice $132)
Paid: $22,388 - $1,500 incentive = $20,888 plus ttl and $55 document prep fee.
Bought in Alhambra, California (Wondries Toyota). We've only driven it the few miles back home but love the ride and power so far. One thing we've noticed...it's quite a bit bigger than our other cars (1996 200sx SE-R and 1999 Acura 2.3CL) but I'm sure we'll get used to it!

I live in Maryland, and just got a price on the LE pkg 3 8 passenger. The dealer did not have the silver pine color I wanted, so they will get it from another state. OTD price $27,000. Had I bought one instock I could have bargained under this price.
Will pick up car on Wed.

Sienna's sale volumn in June has decreased 8% from 13,381 in '05 to 12,780 in '06, don't know the rebate work or not.

Sounds like a deal to me. My price was about $450 higher 2 months ago (smaller rebate explains $250 of that amount).
Buy it.
#7493 of 12158 LE + Package #3 in NJ

Toyota recently raises the cash rebate from $1250 to $1500 in NJ till 07/31.
A dealer in north NJ offered me such quote for Sienna w/ Package #3 on 07/11:
26,040 + 1823.22 (tax) + 27.50 (Motor Vehicle Reg Fee) + 7.5 (tire tax) + 189 (doc fee) - 1500 (rebate) = 26,593.22 (out of the door)

That's about $200 less OTD than I paid. Go for it!

Hmm... I got the same quote from a dealer in NJ too.
I got another quote for 25600 before rebate. My reg fee was about 150 higher, though. I say go with whomever has it in stock.
