I am in the process of purchasing a Sienna from a dealer that is not local. Anybody else purchase from a dealer that was far away - how did it go? The price agreed to is $27,500 for an LE w/ package #6. I will post about the experience once we have the vehicle. Still waiting for it to arrive. Does anybody know how long it typically takes from when the vehicle is built until it arrives at the dealer?

Just picked up a new 2005 LE 8-passenger with package 2 in natural white for $24,000 (24,900 out the door). Not exactly a great deal, but the wife just HAD to have it. Replaced a 1996 Ford Windstar that served us well at 153k miles. Didn't trade it - still sitting in our driveway with a "For Sale" sign on it. With 3 kids, we love the 3-seat middle row. The flexibility is fantastic. Overall, haven't found any faults with the van. Very satisfied with the Sienna and Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem. |

I am looking at a 2006 Sienna 7 pass. LE I don't know the number of whatever options package it has. It seems nicely equipped and has everything I want except the DVD system (any thoughts on dealer installed vs. Best Buy at 1/2 the cost). It has a trip computer and side air bags. I have a quote of 25K from 1 dealer and 24,700 from another. This is without TTL of 2K, the DVD system, and the extended warranty ($1600). What do y'all think of the extended warranties by the way? It served me well on my 95 Gr. Caravan which had to have it's transmission and air conditioner replaced relatively early on. Does this price sound fair?
