It's a 7 passenger. I got the quote from Diehl Toyota in York, PA. I'm sure anyone can use this quote to get their local dealer to go a little lower. Make sure you let them know you're considering the Odyssey too. I think a lot of places are ready to make a good deal on these LE models. The pkg 5 is the one with side airbags and vehicle stability control with traction control. I made sure to let them know the LX Odyssey comes standard with all these features.

BTW, that $23,320 quote is after the $1000 rebate for 05 Siennas. It's basically $1000 under "invoice" and another $1000 off with the rebate. Don't worry though, I'm sure they're still making some money off it.

Well, I walked out of Diehl Toyota in York, PA with nothing. I was ready to buy it but then they came back with a price for my old van that was way below the trade-in value. I told them it was worth way more than what they offered. A sales manager then came out and said that I was quoted the wrong price and they had to give me a low trade-in value to make up for the money they were losing on the new 05 Sienna LE. Funny how this only came about when I said their offer on my van was entirely too low. I then said I wouldn't trade in my car, but I still wanted it for the price they quoted me and they refused!!

If anyone live near York in PA, do not go to Diehl Toyota! They will try everything to make a little extra money. I'll be expanding my search this week to other local dealerships in surroundings cities.

I got the following from a dealer in Ohio. The invoice is $28,702 (LE AWD + option BJ + Destination + advertising). The incentive is $2,400 total ($1000 off 2005 model and $1000 off this weekend and a few hundred for others). I am still hesitating, but really tomorrow is the last day to get this 2005 bargain.

I wonder what is difference in Invoice price vs wholesale price of Sienna. Consumer Reports web site that the provide both prices. I have not seen one.

Has anyone any knowledge of these prices? Was it any use during negotiations for buying new Sienna?

According to edmunds, invoice price plus destination minus 1000 rebate puts it at $24,700. I think they should at least give it to you for this invoice price. If they say they are giving it to you for invoice, you better check to see if they are adding on other fees. Most likely they will try to sneak something past you. You could try to shoot lower. Maybe tell them you want it for $24,000 and see what happens.

I am interested in the 2006 Sienna Limited with added Nav/ DVD. I went to a local dealer and they would not give me a price until I was ready to sign. The salesmen said he could maybe due under 36000 for a MSRP of 41000, but I would like to know what people have been paying, so I have a starting point. Thanks
