| I just put down $500 for this Sienna, they're going to do a search for it and I'm agonizing over the color--I haven't decided which one yet. I first said I want OTD price and did have a trade. I wasn't happy with their first offer for trade so they did a little better but not great and told them that we'd think about it. I called them back later and asked for their best price with no trade and they knocked $1480 off MSRP. Originally they were just doing MSRP plus trade. I found out accidentally from another dealer that that dealership will usually deal since they're a little out of the way. I tried doing a little research over the weekend regarding my trade and I don't think it'll be an easy sell, so when I go back in to sign all the papers I'm going to see if they'll consider doing the trade anyway. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask. By the way, the price OTD is $28,121: $26,411 for vehicle with BW package #7, $1584.66 tax,$63 registration, title, tags, $55 doc. fee, $5 tire tax (PA), $1.90 messenger fee. I'm pretty comfortable with this dealership and have heard good things about them. | |

Hi, all...I ordered an 8-passenger LE with the CM option package (number 11) and carpet mats, dark tinted glass and a bug deflector on 10/11/03 from a dealership here in Jacksonville, FL. The price I negotiated at the time was $28,900 - about $1400 off of MSRP - and was offered $3800.00 for my trade. The dealership wanted a $1500.00 deposit, which I put on my credit card, and told me that delivery would be in 10-12 weeks. My van is still not here! The latest info from my salesperson is that it will not hit port until March 9th, with another 3 days for delivery after that. Needless to say, I am very unhappy about this. In answer to my inquiries about the lengthy delivery time, she told me that production was slowed because of the fuel tank issue (they knew that back in Oct when they told me 10 - 12 weeks for delivery) and then that there was an "internal problem with Toyota" and finally, that "someone" at the dealership had put a hold on my order and that it remained until she noticed it when she received a promotion to asst inventory manager. In the meantime, I have had to spend about $600.00 to put a new starter and tires on the vehicle I will be trading. I had the starter installed at the same dealership, btw - no break on the price! I've also since discovered that they undervalued my trade by over $400.00 when we negotiated prices back in Oct - and that is based on the current date and mileage. By the time the Sienna arrives, it will have been over five months since I placed my order and made my $1500.00 deposit. The 2005's will also be coming out in a few months. I need advice, please. The price I negotiated back in October was based on delivery around the end of December, and was also before I had to put a substantial amount of $$$ into my trade-in vehicle. Since we are now in the middle of the 2004 model year, the Sienna that I am still waiting on is not going to be worth as much in mid-March as it was back in October. I have been losing the interest I would have made on the $1500.00 this dealership has been holding onto. Should I just cancel my order at this point and wait for the 2005's (which I would order from a different dealership!)? Or, could someone suggest what a reasonable "discount" would be off of the original negotiated price for the 2004 model? Thank you. |

| Have you tried MotorWorld Toyota in Wilkes Barre, PA? It may be a few hours drive for you, but I would think worth it. Send an email to their internet department. | |
| I found out that the Central City Toyota's website listed the MSRP/Cost of their Siennas. They do not have Ltd AWD that I am looking for but it looks like that if they meant the "Cost" as the "internet price" then they are offering discounts on the vehicles listed. | |

Hello leesburg. We just bought a LE in Jan. from a Woodbridge dealer, Lustine Toyota. They had very few vans. We had to wait for one to come in but it was worth the wait, the van is great. We negotiated $1000 off MSRP. You may do better now as more vans seem to be available. Lustine is your typical dealer, just say NO a few times and things will happen. Other than swarmy dealer nonsense they were OK to deal with. Good luck. |

| Just bought my Sienna LE AWD w/ package#4 and floor mat for $28,500 (MSRP$30,221) from Expressway Toyota in Boston. After they discounted it to $29750, I told them I'd buy immediately if they'll match the quote from the another nearby dealer (autofair.com). I said if they don't take my one and only final offer of $28,500, they should take care of another waiting customer and not waste my time or their time. They accepted and I saved two trips to New Hampshire. | |

Hello, My husband and I got a Stratosphere Mica Sienna XLE Limited a month ago and we love it. My husband is a computer freak and when he heard about having a GPS Navigation System in the van, he quickly checked off the option box for it. That came with a DVD player and a rear camera for looking backwards when backing. That plus the Park-Assist Sonar system which beeps when I get too close something while backing. We got the XLE Limited for about $38,000 after the dealer took 1K off. The Dealer was Route 22 Toyota in Hillside, NJ. They were extremly kind to us since we were purchasing from them a 2nd time (We got a brand new Camry XLE V6 in 1995 & back then they were very curtious to us and we got a lot of extras). The only thing I can complain is when we got the DVD-Based Navigation System, the standard JBL Premium Sound System with 6-Disc In-Dash CD Changer was replaced with the same system but it had a single-disc feed. Toyota told me it was because of the Navigation system that it didn't have room for a CD Changer. Although I do like the fact that the CD Player and the Cassete player and hidden behind the Nav System. And the Nav System tilts down to reveal it. Also the standard HID Lights aren't self leveling but we have to do it manually. We didn't even had to wait. My husband went out to the dealer on Saturday. And the van was sitting outside my driveway on Monday. Do you think I was stupid to buy a 2004 Sienna? Because I was afraid that the 2005 Sienna will be different; i.e. maybe different fascias or some added amenities to the car. Does anyone know if the 2005 Sienna is staying the same until 2006 or will it be changed? I am thinking it would stay like this until Sept. of 2006. I use the Camry as a reference: 3rd Gen: Introduced in 1992 Coupe added in 1993 Minor Interior Adjustments in 1994 Redesigned front and rear fascias for 1995 Leather Option package offered on LE Models, other wise nothing more- 1996 4th Gen: Introduced in 1997 Front & Rear Fascias changed for 2000 Collector's Edition came out somewhere in between 2000- 2002 5th Gen: Introduced in late September, 2002 as early 2003 model Foglamps added to XLE model grade as standard Equipment-2003 Limited Edition introduced, Revised LE alloy wheels, Revised engine for LE V6 & XLE V6, new 3.3L V6 for SE. I guess there wouldn't be much of a difference....? |

The price that you listed for your Sienna LE w/pkg 7 does not sound bad, but you may be able to do a little bit better. I got the same vehicle on Jan 3rd but mine also included the Z1 accessory package (I think that is the correct name for floor mats and 1st aid kit) and the wireless headphones for the rear audio. I also got the 84mo/100k zero deductible warranty in the price. My OTD price was 28,500 and that included everything (I live in MD so taxes were 5%). I bought my Sienna at Springfield Toyota in No. VA but could have gotten similar or better deals at Fitzgerald Toyota or DARCARS Toyota in MD. I had a tough time finding the color that we wanted during the "Toyota-Thon" after Xmas sale. Now that inventory is better, you may have more selection amongst dealers. If you don't need the extended warranty that I got (~$1000), try knocking another $500-600 off of your dealers price to see if they will budge. Good luck. Rico |
