Prices to drop by andrewtran71 by freebird73003

Don't give up on getting a good price on a Sienna in the OKC area. I ordered a Sienna XLE Limited the way I wanted it through Dub Richardson Toyota (instead of with all the junk GST adds on) on 12/20/03 and it was delivered on 2/6/04. MSRP was $36K and my "out the door" price was $33,300 (including all fees).

Does any one know what other fees Autofair.com charges on top of their "Upfront lowest pricing"?

Does this price include TDA, Delivery, and Doc Fees? I know it would not include sales tax...

I have their order sheet from Autofair. The price that they quote for me was $100 over dealer invoice cost (which means they charge you cost on options and packages too). This $100 over includes TDA, Holdback, etc...
The only thing they add on is $121 fee for processing (it's actually two things...one of which is processing but together add up to $121). They have been great to deal with so far...waiting to get my XLE Limited soon...Ordered the Arctic Frost w/ Stone Int...can't wait to finally get it.
From another post recently on Edmunds, someone said they are doing $250 over now..not $100. Still a great deal compared to local dealers.

Just seconding what bondguy1 said..the price plus 121.00. I got an xlefwd with gh/cf for 30, 871 plus the 121.00. You might want to look around elsewhere for extended warranty prices though...I'm kicking myself for not paying attention to that ahead of time and ended up payingt them 1180 (or was it 1080?) for the platinum 7r/100,00 with zero deductible. I'm seeing a lot of folks paying about 850.00

cpstech - Sounds like you and bondguy1 got great deals at Autofair. The same car you purchased (XLE, GH, CF) is on their site for 31,995. How'd you manage to get the extra 1K off their "upfront lowest price"?

Also, I'm interested in AWD but finding one in the South to test drive has been tough. Can anyone comment on how AWD drives compared to FWD? AWD models do not come with a spare. Is there still room for one if I wish to purchase?

Thanks

Sienna LE, 7 Passenger FWD by nauticalmankw

I was shopping for the Sienna in the Seattle area. The best deal I could get was:

Sienna, 7 Passenger, FWD
Package #4, floor mats
$25,350

But, I bought a Odyssey instead so I don't know for sure if they would have sold at that price. I have found that the price quoted is not always what the dealer will sell for.

I just bought a 7/75000/$0 warranty and a maintenance plan for too much money. I called Toyota and they say those agreements are fully refundable within 30 days. The dealer gave me a hard time but they finally accepted that I was cancelling it and are working with me.

The easiest thing is to deal with the dealer because all you do is sign one form and done. If the dealer gives you a hard time just call the division of Toyota that handles this stuff and they will help you, 800-228-8559. Worst case you mail them a letter and they will cancel it. Then you can go shopping for a warranty.

Can anyone confirm for me that you can buy the extended warranty anytime until 3/36000 is up?

Sienna LE 7Passenger AM Option #1 by scq

Recently picked up a Sienna LE 7 Passenger with AM Option #1 package. Did all negotiations via e-mail and finally went with Aubrey Alexander Toyota in Selinsgrove, PA. Pricing was:
$23,513 for the vehicle (including dest. charge)
$1,410 PA Tax
$125 tags
Total Out the door Price: $25,048
They were outstanding to work with and respected customers that utilized e-mail/internet for communications & research. They delivered the vehicle exactly when originally projected and never appeared to play any games. Originally agreed to the price in early December and picked up the vehicle in mid-January. A buyer could probably get a better price at this time.
All of the postings on this message board were extremely useful in establishing a benchmark price for negotiating, so thank you all!
