| I'm in Detroit, MI and the two dealers I went to hammered the point of absolutely no discounting on Siennas-only MSRP. So I called costco and was contacted by a Cincinnati dealer who states costco members get VIP pricing. I will call later today but for now has anyone heard of this before or is it more shady car dealer crap. | |

I just got a call from a dealer in the D.C. metro area, he just got 17 siennas off the truck, that he had not expected. I received a call on Saturday from another dealer in the area, who received 5 Siennas he was not expecting as well. |

| I am having a fit dealing with dealers...whats new!! I have a quote that is supposedly NO ADDED FEES from a South Florida east coast dealer for an LE, package #4 with leather for 27,198.This is a two hour drive. The local Fort Myers Toyota dealer"best deal" for the above but also including a hitch receiver is 28,415. The Fort Myers dealer is using scare tactics to say the dealer on the other coast DOES have added fees(the email quote says none). Does anyone know how much a hitch receiver costs? Asuming300.00 for a hitch and 200.00 for a days travel the other coast is still 700.00 cheaper. Any thoughts on whether no added fees really means that? What about going two hours away to pick up a car. Don't any of you frigid northeasterners want to drive one of those great deals down to me? | |

If you are looking in the D.C. area, I just received a call from Darcars in Silver Spring, MD, stating that they just got 17 Siennas off the truck. Also, Springfield Toyota has been getting Siennas in every few days as well and will discount. E-mail me at sstein esteroali - It does not really matter how or what a dealer says about the fees. The bottom line is to get the dealer to commit to a total out the door price. This way you can compare apples to apples. Then, get the dealer to break it out by vehicle price, taxes, tags (be careful, a dealer will add some profit in here) and any additional fees. IMHO, all that matters is the out the door price, dealers sometimes will resist giving you this number, especially if they are hiding something. good luck. |

| Hi, I ordered my Sienna from Bennett Toyota in Allentown, PA on June 30 and picked it up on Sep. 30. I was told 4-6 weeks originally. Then due to the recall, it was pushed back 3 weeks. All in all I love my Sienna and it was definitely worth the 3 month wait for a great deal and a great minivan. | |
| what price are people paying for extended warranty and maintainence package | |

Vaeagles1, well said! Concentrate on your out the door price and let the dealer worry about how to allocate it. Steve, Host |
