Hi,
I'm glad you had a pleasant experiance with them, but unfortuately as far as i am concerned, Westchester Toyota doesnt honor thier price match guarentee or anything. I had called them back to tell them how disappointed I was with their service. When I called, their business manager talked with me and was very polite and acted as if he would make the deal go through, We told them the only way we step foot through their door again was if they sent us a bill of sale with everything in writing. Needless to say, they sent us one with the wrong number and took days to get back to us and when we finally talked them about the wrong numbers, the sales associate had the gall to say that the business manager will purposely say anything to get the customer in the door but can't deliver the price. That is not how I want to do business. Plus, when I showed them a lower price, all they can say is that there are fees so the price will be higher, but they can't take the time to check it out.
DCH Wappingers was definitely a lot nicer, and I would actually spend the extra money if they were within a couple hundred dollars.

I had a similar experience at Germain Sarasota, really yanked me around and would not honor there own deal to me which I had in writing!!!
I called toyota and expected some results but was given the brush off "All of the dealers are independently owned operated" they just close there eyes to what the dealers are doing as long as the numbers are good.
I fear that most dealers are that way?

my Sienna price is 28361 with added leather, the leather is the same as the higher model since the leather is ordered from Toyota. the leather is also backed by the 3/36k since the leather was bought from the dealership. I paid less than 1k for the leather. my price without the leather is 27,465 and with leather 28,361
i cannot post the out the door price since i have a trade in but my gap is only 325
I hope this helps

The Lexus warranty was for my 2006 Lexus RX330, and I purchased it from a Michigan dealership in November 2009. It was the Platinum with zero deductible, 8 years/75,000 miles. paid about $1600. I will check my records for the name of the dealership.
The Toyota warranty I just purchased for my 2012 Sienna was the Platinum with zero deductible for 8 years/100,000 miles, $990 from Molle Toyota in Missouri.

I just got a deal of $34K + TTC for a 2012 XLE AWD with no packages (but includes paint protection and mat guards) in the NY Metro area. Invoice seems to be $33,500 but couldn't get anyone lower. Did I get a good deal?

I haven't "used" it yet (since my 2012 is still under the original warranty period), but I just got the official warranty book from Toyota, and called Toyota Financial Services and confirmed all the specs (Platinum warranty, zero dedictible, 8 years/100,000 miles, can take vehicle to any Toyota dealership).
It all seems legit. In my research, I saw another Toyota dealership is online and equally aggressive with pricing (Acton Toyota). Their prices are about $50-$100 more though.

Sue2pak, did you speak to the BDC manager? He is the boss of the salespeople. I don't understand why you are getting your chain yanked around.
NJ dealerships are aggressive with pricing, but they charge high doc fees since they are not regulated like NY.
The other dealership which is selling at invoice is Queenboro Toyota. Email their internet department. They give you a quote, vehicle specs, etc., and charge you no bogus fees. I was getting the car $1000 under invoice, so did not go with Queensboro Toyota. But I went in there, and they are honest people. I think the guy's name is Bruce.

It's a good deal. Would you mind sharing the dealer & sales person details? Thank you.
