Just to update every body with my deal today.
2011 Sienna LE V6 FWD with carpet and towing.
  MSRP: $31,121.
Sale price $27,600 (with 1K rebate) plus around $200 for doc/tag plus tax.

Contacted most Philly and South Jersey dealers, got best price from Team Toyota and Peruzzi Toyota. Picked Team Toyota because it's closer. I tried my best, but could not get close to the $26.5K mark some people on this board got.

Is there a big regional price difference some how?

Thank you for the info.

Looking for almost the same vehicle in Massachusetts/Connecticut, currently at $28,200. What might be the scenario once the "clearance" offer ends on Sept 6th? Will they discounted further considering they are left-overs?

Has anyone received a great deal in Mass/Conn for the LE with a sticker price of $31,259 ?

#11479 of 12159 new 2011 Sienna XLE $31000+TT&L: good deal? by minivan10

Just purchased a new 2011 Sienna XLE (with premium carpets, window tint, cross bar and wheel locks) for $31000+TT&L. Drive-out price was $33292. Just checking is this a good deal? I purchased from "Toyota of Richardson" dealership in Texas.

This is a very good price. I purchased the exact same model for $31000 (after rebate)+TTL. I purchased in Richardson, Texas. My drive out was $33292. So, your price looks very attractive. I tried negotiating with dealers in Dallas/Houston area, but noone could beat the $31000+TTL offer. So I went ahead with it. Just curious - where is this dealer located that offered you this $29.6K quote?

This is a very good price. Probably lowest in US (top 5%?) If you could get the color you liked, jump on it immediately. Good luck with your new purchase
