Zag price quote for Bridgewater zip comes to 28k with 1k rebate or 29k without, which is 500 less than yours. IMHO, you should finance through DCU.org for 1.99 APR and also get 1k toyota rebate.
 
did you try fitzmall,PA? they have listed LE for 28k + tax + 2.99 APR for 60 months. If you don't mind driving some 200 miles, try toyotaofdartmouth, MA. They have LE for 27k.

I have not had any luck with PA/NJ dealers on Sienna. Does anyone have suggestions as to which dealers might be a good try in MD/DC area?

Start at fitzmall.com. They have a Toyota store in Gaithersburg. They're no-haggle, and we've bought cars from their Subaru franchise next door and had a good experience.
 
I hear Laurel Toyota also has good prices, but I ended up buying from DARCARS 355toyota, using an e-quote. Good luck.

We bought our xle 8 passenger FWD sienna yesterday and got the following:
 
MSRP: $43,686
Total paid (before taxes and fees): $35,805
 
Predawn Gray Metallic
Light gray interior
 
Xle premium package
Floor mats that stay in place
Cross bars
Tint
ToyoGuard
Chrome side door molding
Pinstripe
Xzylon (apologize for spelling) inside and out
Nitrogen tires
 
I believe we got a really good deal. What do you think?

I am still have trouble getting the 5386 for $40K. Best I got was $41K for the $46K stickered vehicle.
 
Any info to share on your negotiation?

We're waiting till after the latest incentives are over and looking for a "left-over" 2011. What might be a very good price on a $31,054 LE? We live in Western Mass and will drive a 100 miles for the best price.

I actually went to the dealership's website and they had an Internet special price request. I did that and got an email with $35,805. When we went into the dealership, we realized that there was more in the car than the internet price listed but they honored the quote. I think we got really lucky as true car said 38k was a good buying price with fewer options. I also went in with some other prices paid from online in case they started bucking me. I didn't have to use them though. I would suggest you print out my price paid and take it with you. I bought the car at Gettel Toyota in Bradenton, FL. We spent over an hour going back and forth on the price of our trade but we got other items added to the car to make up for that horrible trade price. Good luck! Hope this helps!
