You're welcome, Smith83. In your earlier post you stated that the selling price of the 2005 Infiniti M35 AWD Sedan that you are interested in is $46,000. Now you are saying that its full MSRP is $45,760. Are these numbers right? You consumers almost never have to pay more than full MSRP for vehicles, even on a brand new model like the '06 M35. No problem, Chris. I don't remember the specifics of your deal, but American Honda Finance Corp.'s base lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month, 15,000 miles per year lease of a base 2005 Acura MDX should be .00196 and 62% through the end of the month. This money factor assumes that you are not having your security deposit waived and that you qualify for AHFC's top credit tier. Car_man Host Smart Shopper Forum |

Here is the information that you are looking for, evan7578. According to the latest information that I have seen, if you were to lease a base 2005 Acura MDX through AHFC right now for 39 months with 15,000 miles per year, its base lease money factor and residual value should be .00220 and 59%, respectively. Acura's lease support on this truck is only available on leases of up to 36 months in length, so you would actually be better off leasing it for 36 months with a money factor and residual of .00196 and 62%. The factor for an otherwise identical 36 month lease of an '05 MDX Touring would be the same, but the residual value would be 60%. Car_man Host Smart Shopper Forum |

Replying to: Car_man (Mar 29, 2005 4:07 am) Subaru Legacy GT Sedan - Manual Lease term - 36 months I went and visited a local Subaru dealer a couple weeks ago, and he said that due to the high competition in this area, you can get some smokin' deals on these cars. He said he could honor the "Internet Price" they had listed on their website. The MSRP of the car I had in mind was $27,047... but I could get it for $23,686. Does that sound reasonable? I'm interested to see what the residual is on this model and the money factor. Thanks for all your help, Jason

| Can you help me calculate lease rate on a Toyota Sienna LE (2005) Package #1? I was given the MSRP of $26501. Lease is for 36 months and he told me $2659 due at signing (including all fees - NJ taxes are 6%). Basically, I just don't know the car's residual value. | |

Replying to: Car_man (Mar 29, 2005 4:46 am) The GS 300 I am looking at is also RWD and has an MSRP of $45,679.00. I have not been successful at getting Lexus to move from the .00275 MF, even though I am qualified for the Tier 1 credit through LFS. How do I combat this? Can you estimate 24 and 36 month leases for these two vehicles at 15k miles. What other fees should I expect? Amount due at signing, etc. Thanks a lot!!!
