When I moved to this little town there was only one stop light. 5 years later we have 5 in town. They are all smart lights with camera sensors. If I am coming up to the left turn lane with no traffic on the main street it gives me the green arrow. Saves a lot of time waiting for a preset cycle to run.

The last time I got gas for my Mercury Grand Marquis, I went to the Giant gas station across from the store. If you buy $100+ in groceries, you can get 10 cents off a gallon.

Filled up the van; ~15 gallons at $4.07.The big news was that the one sort of close station is no longer ethanol free. They've joined the crowd (and their gas price is now on a par with everyone else too).

Now have 8 miles on that tank from the other day. Naturally gas went down a dime throughout most of Michigan and the local pumps are down to $3.99.I could have bought a lottery ticket with the savings.
