I thought about how it was $.75 when I got my first car. What do the Saudi's need to have an emergency meeting with other OPEC nations about? Gas is still $2.59 in Northern Palm Beach County, Fl. When I left there in 1993, RUG was $1.30 there and $1.15 in Indy, and then it hit $1.53 in 1999. $2 is a fair price today if $1.53 was OK back in Clinton Days. It depends on how much $1.53 hurt back then. If you paid $153k for a house in 1999, wouldn't you want to get $200k for it today? |

| We are knocking on the $2 door here in San Diego. Best price today is $2.09. Diesel is not coming down as fast as Regular. It is still in the $2.59 region. | |

| $1.89 for RUG at Sheetz yesterday, same at the no-name place with the car wash today, and $1.90 at Kangaroo. | |

Yep, went down again here too. RUG is $2.23 most places. Diesel is holding steady around $3.05 - $3.06 in town. |

Finally!!!!!! Gas dropped to $1.99 just in time for the Holidays.

Would have been $1.85 cash but I still get a better deal with the rebate on the credit card even though that is no longer the slam dunk it used to be. The Ody was low enough that the fuel light was on and even then they just barely squeezed $30 worth in. |
